- The equipment list goes in. An admin uploads the spreadsheet you already have and prints a QR label for every asset.
- A nurse reports a fault. One scan of the label on a ventilator, a short description, sent from a phone.
- A work order opens. The biomedical technician is assigned. The service contract and its response time are already attached.
- The job is closed. The technician adds a photo and notes. Downtime and cost are recorded against the machine.
